Hazrat Umrah ibn al-Khattab (RA) said:

Ha said something which was more pleasing to me than owning the world. According to another report he said: Let us share in your dua, my brother. (Sunan Abu Dawud)

You should offer two nafls (rakats) before leaving your house so that you remain safe during the journey.

As Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) reports that Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) stated:

When you intend to leave your house, then perform ‘2’ rakats (nafls) of salah. These (2 nafls) will safeguard you from a harmful exit.

When you enter your house perform ‘2’ rakats (nafls) of salah (after the journey). These (2 nafls) will safeguard you from a harmful entry.

(Musnad al-Bazzar)

Muqattam ibn al-Miqdam (RA) also reported that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

No-one has left his family with anything better than ‘2’ rakats that he performs among them when he intends to travel.

You will need a dress for Umrah which is called Ihram. A Question is here that where we wear Ihram for Umrah.

The answer is Ihram on the Plane and Ihram at the Miqat Places.

If you want to wear Ihram on the plane then you will use the toilets of the plane. The area of toilets is very small in the plane, therefore, you might do some struggle to wear Ihram. If you are flying on the plane of Saudi airline then you will have access to a small prayer area where you can put on your Ihram, which is a vast area than the area of the toilet.

There is a great rush of pilgrims to wear Ihram at the Miqat.

A man’s Ihram consists of 2 white sheets which are unstitched. The first sheet is used to cover the upper body of man whereas the second sheet is used to cover the lower body of a man.

A woman’s Ihram does not consist of 2 sheets, while it is allowed for woman, to wear a normal dress with the cover of an Abaya.

You cannot use scented soap during Ihram. Do not forget to remove underwear before the state of Ihram. Man cannot cover his head with any headgear. A woman cannot cover her face and hands with any mask and gloves.

There are only four steps for Umrah which are Ihram, Tawaf, Sai, and Halq/Taqseer. You should perform each step of Umrah with a full intention. If you perform the Umrah and Allah accept it then your condition is newborn in this world. It means Allah removes all your sins which you committed in the past.

As we know that Saudi Arabia Government closed the Umrah Visas for all international Muslims due to the spread of CoronaVirus. So we got the news from our Saudi Suppliers, in-future when Saudi Government will reopen the Umrah visas then all international pilgrims must need PCR Test Services who want to perform Hajj and Umrah.

May Allah accept the Umrah of All Muslims (Ameen)
